windows defender

hi i received an alert from windows defender saying that if found a high alert item. the item is CinFC which according to defender is adware. it is a windows system 32 dll but i cant find anymore info on it. windows\appinit_dlls:runner.dll defender wants to remove it but says that its possible that it just didnt get the adequate permission when it was installed. im running windows vista 5384.4 and dont want to remove incase its required.

Not seeing it in my Vista's system32 folder.
